Serious Fight For Joy

    Hi Ladies!
    It's M&M time again! Will you join me in "The Serious Fight for Joy" series starting the week of September 23rd? During this past year back in Japan I've been struggling and the Lord has been preparing me through the struggle to FIGHT for the joy He gives His children: joy in Him, regardless of circumstances. Here is the invitation that John Piper gave, and I'm making it my invitation to you:
    I’m inviting you to join me in fighting for joy in God. It is:
    *the fight to let a burden be carried for us.
    *the fight to struggle to trust God with the burdens of life.
    *the fight for freedom from worry.
    *the fight for hope; for peace; and joy which are all threatened by unbelief and doubt about God’s promises
    Hope to "see" you soon in cyberspace.

  • Lesson 2: Enter Into His Presence

    Hebrews 10:19-23

    James 4: 8-10

    But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonder-full light. Once you were not a people, but now you are the people of God. Once you had not received mercy, but now you have received mercy.

    Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy...

  • Lesson 9: Enter with Singing & Thanksgiving

    Psalm 100

    Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all you lands! Serve the LORD with gladness; come before His presence with singing. Know that the LORD, He is God; it is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise. Be thankful to Him, and bless His name. For the LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting, and His truth endures to all generations.
